The Silver Saddle Foundation is committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship of all charitable contributions received in support of our mission to prepare neurodivergent young adults for meaningful employment through structured, real-world training in animal care and workforce development.
By making a donation to The Silver Saddle Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to the following Donation Refund Policy.
Donations made to The Silver Saddle Foundation are generally considered final and non-refundable. Contributions directly support program development, participant scholarships, workforce training initiatives, animal care education, and operational program delivery.
However, refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate donations
Incorrect donation amounts
Unauthorized transactions
Technical or processing errors
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the donation date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
The Silver Saddle Foundation reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
Donors who enroll in recurring or monthly giving programs may cancel future donations at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid additional charges. Once a recurring donation has been processed, that donation will be treated under the standard refund terms outlined above.
Recurring donors may request cancellation by:
Emailing the Foundation directly
Using the donor portal, if available
Contacting the Foundation through the website contact form
Cancellation of recurring donations does not automatically generate refunds for previously processed donations.
The Silver Saddle Foundation is organized and operated as a nonprofit organization under applicable federal and state laws.
Contributions to The Silver Saddle Foundation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.
No goods or services were provided in exchange for contributions unless otherwise specifically stated.
Donors should retain their donation receipt and transaction records for tax purposes.

The Silver Saddle Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Donation Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will become effective immediately upon posting to the Foundation’s website.
